Cowboy boot brand Tecovas walking into Cherry Creek. The Austin, Texas-based western brand plans to open its first Denver store at 3030 E. 2nd Avenue, a 3,058 square foot space in ANB Plaza building. Erik Christopher with SRS Real Estate Partners Denver was proud to represent Tecovas and work closely with Stuart Zall, Stacey Glenn and Kylie Framson with The Zall Company representing the Landlord.
“We are happy to have represented Tecovas and are excited to be adding another best-in-class brand to Cherry Creek North,” Erik commented.
Tecovas was founded by Paul Hedrick in 2015 when he realized there wasn’t a “boot brand that spoke to” him. Unlike some other brands, Tecovas sells its products solely online and in its own stores, avoiding the wholesaler approach. We look forward to early winter 2021 when you can shop their boots in store!
