Well Buyers maybe it's not a great time to buy, but keep in mind home prices are as low as they will ever be right now. The rates are predicted to come down over the next 2 years! If you want to buy now make sure your loan does not have a prepayment penalty then refinance when rates go down. As always, I can help if you want to purchase a home.

My clients didn't want to spend another winter in Colorado and had already purchased their forever home in Texas. We worked together and put the house on the market after staging it to highlight the best features of the house. There weren't many showings so I organized a neighborhood open house tour with the other 5 listings in the neighborhood. We got results better than we expected when we received a low ball offer from a showing and a cash offer 11% over list price from the open house tour! 4704 HOPI ROAD IS PENDING WITH A GREAT CASH OFFER!!! MORE HAPPY SELLERS!!!

My listing on Hopi has been on the market for 5 months and 29 days, and we were about to take it off the market because my sellers didn't want to move to a different state in the snow. Our plan was to relist when the snow stops next year, tthen we got 5 showing requests over the last 3 days. Out of the 5 showings there were 3 interested buyers and one incredible cash offer with a 3 week close!!
