This is an interesting watch! A steep decline in new mortgage applications, decline in buyer demand, increase in new home builds, and decline in lumber prices from all time peak may indicate a softening is coming to the housing market here in the next several months. Except for super hot homes in desirable neighborhoods, we are starting to see a trend forming for homes that are sitting longer, an increase of Home list price-drops, etc. Curious your thoughts?
