Denver Public Schools is planning a new K–5 elementary school in Green Valley Ranch as part of the broader DIA Spur buildout.

Denver’s sports infrastructure pipeline took a meaningful step forward this week as two major stadium projects hit key milestones.

Denver Summit FC finalized its land acquisition for the Santa Fe Yards site at Broadway and I 25, securing 14 acres for its future stadium and mixed use development.
