It’s scary, downright crazy at times.

There have been countless people I know personally, or have heard stories of searching for their home for over 6 months, sometimes up to a year!

Homebuyer fatigue is too real nowadays, especially with our mental health being affected by the pandemic, Russia/Ukraine, raising prices across all industries, and especially lack of home inventory.

Do yourself a favor when choosing the agent who will help you find your home… do homework and see if they are prepared, how battle-tested they are, and especially if they aren’t being completely transparent with you about the market.

With 5.36 percent month-over-month appreciation and interest rates increasing, an individual's buying power steadily declined. While 2020 and 2021 took different paths, there is one common denominator: hyperactive buyer demand.

🌟Excited is an understatement!🌟rhi and I are officially moving into our new townhome!

It was a looooong and arduous 13 month process, and even with some big obstacles to overcome at the end, we’re finally in the house we’ve imagined to be living in.

Now a part of the Berkeley community in Denver, we can’t wait to become the “know it all” locals of the area!

Remember what made you who you are today 🙌

Looking back on my time in New Zealand as a full time rugby player in 2015, was one of the biggest highlights of my life. 1 glorious season of my best rugby ever, unfortunate led to a career ending injury.

is something I have been reflecting on during the tough and trying time of being a in the

Characteristics and attributes I learned in that time that I still use today are:
- Fight for what you believe in
- Surround yourself with likeminded people
- Cherish the present (even if that includes struggles)
- Persist, persist, persist
- Be humble and always be curious to learn more
- Leave the “jersey” in a better place, meaning the club, team, brokerage, city, state, country you serve - learn from those before you and do a better job leaving the position that which you found it

Although I no longer play within the , I position myself as the best realtor with that same mindset as I did journeying within the professional rugby circuit.

Who else would you want in your corner than someone who is willing to go on the journey and battle with you every step of the way.
