After 26 years, we are renting our beloved Platt Park bungalow. Many years we have served Platt Park through this site, 4 pumpkin patches, Grant Board member and food drives, we will miss Platt park. Good bye 2023 and hello 2024. Here's your recap of our neighborhood's real estate market for all of 2023. 96 Total attached or detached homes sold in 2023 with a healthy range of prices. Interest rates posed a challenge to the statewide real estate market pushing average days on market in Platt Park to 23 days and average List to Sales Price down to 96%.
