Grateful for amazing clients and reviews like this. 🙏🏻🏔️

Helping Jake & Kat purchase their mountain property in Golden was such a fun and rewarding experience. This wasn’t your typical real estate transaction either. Between navigating financing for vacant land, a non-permitted structure, inspections, due diligence, and long-term planning for their future dream home, there were a lot of moving pieces along the way.

Nationally, home prices are expected to keep rising over the next five years. Not at the breakneck pace we saw a few years back, but steadily.

So, where’s the confusion coming from? Some markets are seeing small price declines right now – and that’s what’s getting amplified online. But it’s not the full picture.

This was a special one. My clients had their eyes on this property for a while, and after navigating a unique situation with a non-permitted structure, we were able to find the right loan product and get it across the finish line.

From writing the offer while the Listing Agent was in Maui proposing to his now fiancé… to closing on a one-of-a-kind mountain parcel… this deal required strategy, patience, and a clear vision.

Some victories feel extra special — and this one has been 4+ years in the making. I’m thrilled to share that my buyer just closed on this wonderful 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath, 1,052 sq ft townhome with a 1-car detached garage in Westminster, CO! 🏡🎉
