I got the opportunity to help my dear friends buy their first home. I was able to get them 8k in seller credits and negotiated some inspection items as well. When I tell people to buy a home to invest in your future, this is what I mean. 2 young adults buying the perfect home to build themselves an investment with memories included. This deal was also very possible with the help of my lender . I’m proud of these 2 and I can’t wait till they see the fruits of thier labor bloom.
