to a broker who has extensive knowledge in that specialty. I provide free, no obligation home valuations for sellers and strive to exceed all expectations when hired to list a home for sale. As a full-service provider, I take as much work off my clients' plates as possible by lining up contractors for painting, repairs, landscaping, deep cleaning, staging, photos, storage and more. Closing the deal may be the goal, but I know I've done my job when clients continue to use me as a trusted resource year after year.
