Weekly Market Snapshot from this past week. 🏠📊 Property tours were up by 26.4% week over week showing showing a small response to the slew of price cuts seen across the local market. This weekend we homes will likely see a slow down in showings due to the holiday weekend. Inventory held steady at 11k active homes for sale.
