We haven’t heard the word “normal” to describe our market in quite awhile, but the latest Denver real estate stats show that we may be heading in that direction. 🙌 Inventory is growing and activity is slowing, so the market is shifting, giving buyers more time to make decisions and reminding sellers that they’ll need to be strategic - and patient.
