Aurora just unbanned ice cream trucks!

Here's the scoop from The Denver Post: " The Aurora City Council has decided to stop giving ice cream trucks the cold shoulder, voting this week to repeal a prohibition on ice cream trucks, first implemented decades ago as a noise-control measure. Although the council hasn’t had its final vote on the issue, the proposal received unanimous support. City officials and Council member Dustin Zvonek, who sponsored the repeal, gathered to give Ice Cream Wagon, the first applicant, its license."

I saw this article in Architectural Digest, and I can't stop wondering how much their HOA is :-)

Jimmy Fallon and his wife Nancy Juvonen are selling their downtown Manhattan apartment which actually combines four separate units across the top three floors of a historic Gramercy Park co-op building.

The couple are asking $15 million (...) Fallon initially purchased one of the units for $850,000 in 2002, and the pair have spent the next two decades expanding into three neighboring apartments. The home now spans 4,950 square feet, with six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Interesting to see how this will play out in Colorado. I see an opportunity here for tiny homes in our mountain communities to help the affordable housing shortage that plagues resort areas.

The regulatory moves are technical and modest, though the White House hopes they will collectively dent the shortage of millions of U.S. homes over the coming years.
