This is a graphic that easily sums up why I still buy in todays market. Granted investment properties are different than the single family home, the but principle is the same.

If you overpay for house, it doesn’t matter what interest rate you have, you will always be OVER paying. Versus in today’s market where you have a high interest-rate, but you’re getting a good deal on the house. You can always REFINANCE the interest rate, but you can’t change the purchase price.
