I’ve been a little quiet recently with posting! That’s mainly because we’ve been BUSY. 💕
Interest rates may have hit 8% yesterday but we were able to get our client under contract on this cute Aurora Mid Century Mod for UNDER list price and with $10k in Seller Concessions!
My clients will be using their Seller concession for a 2-1 rate buy down so their first year in their new home they will be at a 5.5% interest rate 🤯 (they locked in at 7.5% when we started looking)
While rates may be high, competition is low right now and Sellers are giving in to seller concessions which for the right person means that it COULD be a great time to buy 🏡
