Make a list of all of the service providers that you’ve hired to help you take care of your home. Think landscaper, housekeeper, dog walker, pool maintenance, exterminator, handyman – and anyone else that you trust. List their name and contact information so your buyers can reference it as they’re getting settled into their new neighborhood.

They’ll be super grateful to have this info right at their fingertips so they won’t need to spend time researching, and your vendors will be super grateful for the referrals (especially if you’re moving away and won’t need their services anymore).
