🌷 Spring Update – 1523–1539 Xenia HOA 🌷
Dear Homeowners,
March was definitely an eventful month! We experienced everything from snow days ❄️ to warm spring weather ☀️—and through it all, DMC Property Management stayed on top of maintaining and improving our community.
Here’s a snapshot of what was accomplished:
• Full-service commercial mowing (with our electric mower)
• W**d pulling, rearranging, and general landscaping care
• Wasp spraying and bug/web removal from the large outdoor front safety lights
👉 Reminder: If a light is located behind your unit, please help maintain it as well
• Trash, glass, dog waste, and other debris cleanup (yes… the “yuckies”)
• Side street parking cleanup, making it safer and accessible again for residents and guests
• Tree/bush trimming near Unit 1523 to prevent concealment and improve safety
• A contractor/resident stepped up to assist with cleanup AND volunteered to help an elderly/sick neighbor needing tree service — this is what community looks like ❤️
Together, we can—and we are.
As we move into spring, please remember:
🏡 Maintenance matters. Keeping up with the property protects our home values, enhances safety, and keeps our community looking its best.
⛽ Costs are rising. Gas, landscaping supplies, and general service expenses have increased. DMC Property Management has worked hard to secure commercial discounts wherever possible to help offset these costs.
🚜 Operational realities:
The mower needs gas. The edger needs gas. Transportation is not free. While Jose is local (thank you, Jose!), most contractors must travel to provide services—and those costs add up.
Despite all of this, DMC Property Management continues to go above and beyond to ensure the property is maintained with care, consistency, and pride.
📸 Photos are attached so you can see the progress and improvements for yourself.
Thank you to everyone who contributes, participates, and helps look out for one another. Let’s keep the momentum going this spring!
