There’s something different about helping first time buyers.

Patrick and Courtney just closed on their first home this week, and honestly, they made the whole process what it should be. Thoughtful, patient, and willing to learn every step of the way.

We navigated inspections, repairs, last minute details, all the normal stuff that can feel overwhelming… and they handled it like pros. Asked great questions, stayed level headed, and trusted the process when it mattered most.

That first set of keys hits different. You could see it the second it all became real.

Really grateful I got to be a part of it. Excited to see what they turn this place into.

Yesterday was a special one.

After almost three years of working together, Ben and Tiffany officially said goodbye and closed on their home. As excited as all closings are, this wasn’t just a normal closing for me, it was selling a chapter in the lives of someone we are lucky to call friends. This was the first home they built together. And over the course of the last few years I had the pleasure of hearing about some of the great memories that happened there.

Aside from becoming friends over the years, I can honestly say they were some of the best sellers I’ve ever worked with. They trusted the process. They put in the work. They took feedback with openness. They were strategic, thoughtful, and committed every step of the way, and that’s exactly why we were able to navigate this market successfully.

But what makes the end of this chapter a bitter sweet one, is that in two weeks, they close on a new home that they’re having build right now! Even though it’s hard to close the door on a house that meant so much… it’s exciting knowing what’s ahead for them.

Grateful for clients who become friends. Grateful for the trust. And grateful to be part of stories like this one! 🙏🏼
