But when you call the listing sign or click “Contact Agent” on Zillow, you may end up connected to someone who isn’t representing you and doesn’t know your goals.

But behind all of that is a career I take very seriously.

There’s market research, preparation, continuing education, contract knowledge, follow-up, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a whole lot of work that never makes it onto Instagram.

Yes, I have a lot of fun, but I also have a huge responsibility when I’m helping someone make one of the biggest decisions of their life.

And I promise I’ll never take that for granted.

But if I’m being honest with you, the actual favorite thing I get to say is, “I found something, can you meet me there tonight?” said while sitting in a parking lot, half an Alani deep, already refreshing the listing five times before you even open the text.

Then there’s the waiting, the almost-offers, the “not quite right, keep looking” conversations that happen before we ever get to the closing table.

I really do love the whole process, not just the days we sign on the dotted line. If you’re thinking about buying or selling in South Denver, I’d love to be the one saying all of this and more to you!
