Two closings in one week and a really exciting new chapter for these two!

We helped these two buy their first home together 5 years ago and it was extra sweet to help them sell it so they can purchase their next one just in time for their biggest life update yet…they are expecting their first baby.

A lot of moving pieces, a lot of timing but a lot of excitement for what’s ahead!! Watching clients step into their next phase of life is always my favorite part of this job. Homes hold so many of our biggest moments and this next one is going to be a special place for their growing family.
