The last time I bought a new ride was my Chevy Silverado 2500HD in 2009. It served me well and I will cherish the memories. However, she was stolen and now probably parted or long gone. But NOW….. the new chapter begins on my new Toyota 4 Runner. It’s all a little Bittersweet right now but (Black Beauty) is ready for new adventures and many years of braving mountain passes and long road trips.

These are the moments that really make my job worthwhile. A good friend of mine referred me to one of his old buddies who had been living in this house for the last 35 years. The heat had recently went out, and the house was completely falling in on its self. He felt trapped and was planning on living his last days in this home and wasn’t sure if he could make it through another winter. He called me last night during the deep freeze from his cozy new apartment and we shared a beautiful conversation where by the end we were both crying. He told me he probably wouldn’t have made it through the winter and he was so grateful. We made a game plan that he didn’t think was going to be possible. but I executed and delivered and got his house sold for 430 K. With the proceeds, he was able to purchase a new comfortable home and still have a large chunk of change to enjoy his retirement. We did this in under 30 days and right before the first big deep freeze. he is now in a new home safe and sound with a fresh outlook on life. This is why I do my job and I freaking love this part ❤️
