Today’s conversation was The Key for Women: Unlocking Financial Freedom, and I couldn’t stop thinking about how far women have come…

Not that long ago (circa 1974), women couldn’t even own property on their own. And now? We have the opportunity to build real wealth, create stability, and design lives that feel truly aligned.

In what I do every day, I get to see this firsthand through real estate. I’ve watched women step into a whole new level of confidence just by owning something of their own. Me included.

It’s not just about buying a home… it’s about what that represents.

A little reflection before bed…

I haven’t posted in a couple days because I’ve been busy BUSY, and honestly… sometimes there’s just not enough time to do it all.

Running a business, staying consistent in the gym, having an active social life, supporting a team, getting enough sleep, reading my books, and showing up for my clients is a lot to do in a day’s work😅

But I’ve got to say— I have the coolest career EVER! I get to help people find their home and I’m so grateful for it! I loveeeeee my job!!!

I’d choose this path every single time.
My cup runneth over.

Made an illegal U-turn today after showing a home… and immediately got a flat tire on my brand new car. Karma works fast apparently😅

Thankfully two kind Good Samaritans stopped and helped me change the tire before roadside assistance even got there! Moments like that remind you there are still really good people out there.

Turned the day around by spending some time with a lovely friend. Not exactly how I planned the day, but sometimes you just roll with it.

On to tomorrow. 🚗✨

Real estate is a funny industry. You can plan the perfect day, have everything scheduled down to the minute… and then something shifts, a showing runs long, and suddenly the whole day looks different.

Today ended with a late dinner, entirely different from what I had envisioned… but that’s part of it. This business is unpredictable, and sometimes the best conversations happen when the day doesn’t go according to plan.

There’s something powerful about women coming together for something bigger than themselves…

Today I had the chance to spend time with the women behind , and it reminded me what real community looks like. Their mission is simple but impactful: helping women feel seen, heard, and supported on the path to becoming first-time homeowners.

Through grants and programs in both Denver and the Dominican Republic, they’re creating real opportunities for women to build stability and wealth through homeownership. That part feels especially meaningful to me, since I’m a homeowner in Denver and originally from the DR.

Women supporting women, opening doors, and lifting each other up so we can all rise. Grateful to be in rooms like this. 🩷✨

Anyone else feeling personally victimized by daylight saving time? 😩 Losing an hour of sleep felt like a full-on attack, and my body is *not* adjusting gracefully. But hey, more daylight means longer evenings to hustle, show homes, and make moves!
