I'm still not over these numbers.

1,718 households served in one day. 4,090 backpacks handed out on site. 1,040 more sent out through community partners and school liaisons. 5,130 students supported in total.

Every single one of those bags started with someone in this community deciding to show up. Thank you for making this year's drive what it was!

Our school supply drive had one volunteer who made my whole day. My client's son came out to help and he jumped right into sorting and packing backpacks.

I've known this kid since the day he was born, so getting to volunteer alongside him was a sweet surprise.

Double closing day! 🔑🔑

First up, a huge congratulations to Erin and Marc. These two bought a home, remodeled it top to bottom, and sold it today at 8787 Dover Circle. And in the same breath, they closed on their next home right here in Arvada (this one needs very little work, which I think they've more than earned!).

A simultaneous closing takes a lot of moving pieces and careful coordination, but everything came together smoothly. That's exactly how it should feel.

And the celebrating didn't stop there. Today was also closing day for my listing at 12 N. 17th St. in Colorado Springs!
