Today was an EXTRA special closing day!! 🥹🎉

Almost a year ago, I met this beautiful family, and little did we know what an incredible journey we were about to take together!

Like some first-time homebuyers, we didn’t start out quite ready to purchase. We had some goals to tackle first, including building credit and paying down debt. But let me tell you… THIS family put in the WORK! 💪🏼

With the guidance of my amazing lender partner Gentry Adair, a solid game plan, and a whole lot of dedication, they stayed focused on their goals. Fast-forward 8–9 months, and they were PRE-APPROVED and ready to find their HOME! 🙌🏼

And within just a few weeks of house hunting, we found the PERFECT place for them and their two beautiful daughters! 🏡💕
