Typically, New Yorkers and folks from Massachusetts don’t always see eye to eye, but Colorado seems to create a new route for everybody.

What started with meeting Jeff, Promise, and their kiddos at an open house turned into an incredible journey helping their family relocate to Colorado on a work assignment. The search required four separate flights into town and some very serious touring during each visit. On two of those trips, we toured together with all three of their kiddos and two of my own, which meant we got to know each other really, really, really well along the way.

Through every showing, conversation, and decision, the mission stayed the same: find the right home and close before the end of the school year so the family could settle in over the summer and fully enjoy this next Colorado chapter.

Mission accomplished. We closed on May 22nd, and even better, we now get to call them neighbors here in Highlands Ranch and hopefully future pickleball and fishing trips partners as well.

I love a good Poke Bowl more often than I care to admit and here is my favorite local spot in Glendale, CO. They have all sorts of toppings and sauces as well as the best proteins that I've found. I love the Octopus, Eel, Yellowtail Tuna plus the normal Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp, and Scallops. Each bowl comes with a bowl of miso soup as well. Well worth stopping in if you are in the area on Colorado Boulevard.
