Closing out our May Builder of the Month series with the second home we walked at Hidden Creek in Frederick. This is Pt. 2.

It’s The Laramie. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1,575 sq ft, listed at $519,900. The master suite sits on its own side of the upstairs with a walk-in closet and a double-vanity bath. Smaller floor plan than Pt.1, smaller price tag, same Front Range views. For a new-build in this part of Colorado, that price is hard to find.

If you’re a first-time buyer, downsizing, or just don’t need 4 bedrooms to call something home, this is the one.
