Double dip on a Monday, great way to start the week! Got a Buyer closed that morning and these amazing Sellers under contract and over asking later that day! They bought this house with me back in September and trusted me to help sell it for them with their new job relocation and lets just say they'll be seeing a nice return. Congrats y'all!
