I’m excited to share that I’m beginning a new chapter, one that will allow me to bring an even more thoughtful, design-driven approach to the way I serve my clients.
After many wonderful years with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek—the brokerage my father, Ken Malo, helped establish in the early 1980s—I’ve made the decision to transition to Fantastic Frank. A small, boutique brokerage that treats real estate as a form of artistic expression. Here I will be working hard alongside the longstanding partnership of Stan Kniss, and Aimee Jennings in close collaboration with Jorgen Jensen.
Founded in Stockholm in 2010, Fantastic Frank is an international real estate agency known for its design-forward approach, curating and marketing homes in some of the world’s most sought-after markets. Their philosophy centers on showcasing not just a property but the lifestyle, architecture, and story behind it, which deeply resonates with me.
It was with careful consideration, thoughtful negotiation, and deep mutual respect that Jorgen and I decided that working closely together on all transactions would help us to better support our clients’ needs, while spreading the artistic philosophy of Fantastic Frank through real estate. You will find each of us has complementary skills. Jorgens’ expertise, professionalism and disarming laughter is apparent when you meet him and can’t wait to introduce you! For me, this is both a professional evolution and a natural next step in how I want to support the people and properties I care so deeply about.
This collaboration allows me to combine the trusted expertise and relationships I’ve built over the years with a fresh, elevated approach to selling homes through meticulously styling properties, artistically curated marketing and presentation, and greater attention to client care. Bringing to the industry a new perspective on how properties are positioned – highlighting each home’s character through thoughtful design, visual storytelling, and editorial-inspired photography.
Many of you know that my background as an AICP-certified urban planner has shaped my passion for historic preservation, architecture, and urban design. Joining Fantastic Frank creates an opportunity to bring each property to life in a way that honors its history, unique architectural design and appeal.
While I’ve made this transition, I continue to work closely with my father, Ken, and remain deeply connected to the legacy and relationships that have defined The Malo Team over the years.
Whether you’re a longtime client, colleague, or friend, I’m grateful for your trust and support. I look forward to continuing to serve you with an expanded approach.
