There are more buyers than ever in a time when inventory has fallen to record lows. This situation provides a great investment opportunity for fix & flips 🏚⚒🏡 If you fix it, they will come (and it will sell ⚾️)‼️

The inventory of homes for sale is startlingly low. The pandemic is part of the reason, but it’s not the whole story.
