Some homes are just meant to be. 🏡✨

When my buyers walked into the open house, they instantly knew: this was the one. But before we could even submit an offer, it was already under contract.

We didn't give up. We submitted a backup offer, crossed our fingers, and hopped we would win the "Cody Dr Lottery". Just 2 days later we got the call we'd been hoping for—we were officially in first position! 🎉

This one was special. JUST SOLD ✨

After losing out in several multiple-offer situations, it would’ve been easy for my buyer to get discouraged. Rising interest rates, increasing prices, and intense competition had her questioning the market and whether the right home would ever come along.
