Owning a business is basically learning how to worry about completely opposite things at the exact same time.

You want to grow, but you also want enough time to do the work well.

You want a full calendar, but occasionally wonder why you thought a full calendar was such a great idea.

And when you finally take some time off, part of your brain is still somewhere back at work.

After doing this for a long time, I wish I could say that part completely goes away.

It doesn’t.

I think you just get better at navigating the different seasons, trusting the work you’ve put in and accepting that there will probably always be something you could be thinking about.
