A lot of this journey has looked like biting off more than I could chew and then figuring it out anyway.
There have been deals that didn’t go the way I planned, decisions I would make differently today, and lessons that only made sense once I was on the other side of them. I’ve had moments when I got it wrong before I got it right, questioned myself, and wondered whether I was really ready for the next level.
But every hard season taught me something. Every mistake exposed a gap, and every gap pushed me to build a better system. Over time, the lessons became processes, the processes created consistency, and that consistency gave us room to grow.
The business we have today wasn’t built because I had all the answers. It was built by learning, adjusting, creating systems, and continuing to grow even when it felt uncomfortable or messy.
The truth is, I’m still learning. I’m still refining our systems, growing as a leader, and figuring out how to serve our clients and team better. I just do it now with more experience, stronger instincts, and a lot more perspective.
And maybe that’s what growth really looks like not having everything figured out, but being willing to keep learning and build something better each time.
The mistakes I’ve already made are ones our clients don’t have to. I’m incredibly grateful that even the hardest lessons have become part of how we serve people better today.
If you’ve ever felt like you were figuring it out as you went, you’re definitely not alone.
