Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope today finds you surrounded by love, laughter, and the people who matter most. May this season bring peace to your hearts and joy to your homes.

I want to extend a special thank you to all of my incredible clients, friends, family, and everyone who has supported Mr. Realty throughout the year. Your trust, loyalty, encouragement, and referrals mean more to me than words can express. Because of you, I get to do what I truly love every single day, and that is a blessing I never take for granted.

I am deeply grateful for the trust you've placed in me to guide you through this journey. When a friend referred Bryan and LaNay to me, they had been working with another lender but faced some obstacles. Determined to help, I connected them with my exceptional lender partner, Natalie Lawson.

In just one week, Bryan and LaNay were pre-approved and ready to find their dream home. Remarkably, on our very first outing, they found the perfect house. We had our offer accepted at $20,000 below the listing price.

This success story doesn’t end there. We secured their entire down payment through an assistance program and negotiated $9,000 from the seller to cover all closing costs. It’s nice when you get contacted on Facebook by someone in need of lawn service. You go a kill it with a high level of service as always. 💪🏽

As you’re conversing with the homeowners you mention that you’re a real estate professional as well. The homeowners look surprised and interested as they ask for a business card. 🤔

Fast forward two weeks later- the homeowners call and tell you that they have a problem that needs to be resolved in a timely manner, and maybe you can help.

You meet a couple days later to assess what they need help with. That same day you get them a cash offer for their property that they are super excited about. Annnd…. you close in two weeks, off market. 🙌🏽 😉 🏠 ✅ 🤝🏽
