Thinking of buying or selling without an agent?
Here are 6 reasons why that could cost you—big time. ⬇️

1️⃣ Pricing Expertise – Agents know how to price your home right (not just based on internet searches).
2️⃣ Market Knowledge – From neighborhoods to interest rate trends, they have the inside scoop.
3️⃣ Skilled Negotiator – You want someone who can fight for your best deal, whether you’re buying or selling.
4️⃣ Handles the Paperwork – Contracts, disclosures, timelines… it’s a lot. A good agent keeps everything on track.
5️⃣ Access to Off-Market Listings – Some of the best homes never hit public sites. Agents know where to look.
6️⃣ Avoid Costly Mistakes – One wrong step could delay your closing or cost thousands—an agent helps you avoid that.

Our Story

Since 2016 as a real estate agent, Lori has been assisting clients, friends and referrals in the buying and selling of property. Her business remains consistent due to her depth of experience and her commitment to serve clients with open and timely communication. With the backing of her skills, dedication and a great team of lenders, inspectors and title partners, Lori reached the Coldwell Banker Sterling Award status in 2018. This award landed her in the top 13% of Coldwell Banker agents across the US. Lori’s real estate career started as a Buying Agent with Keller Williams where she helped many first time home buyers find their “home sweet home.” She led new home buyers through the rough territory of lending and down payment grant assistance while providing clear communication throughout the process. In 2017, Lori transitioned from Keller Williams as a Buyers Agent to Coldwell Banker as an individual Agent to serve listing, investing and purchasing clients. She serves clients in the Denver Metro southern region with her depth of knowledge and experience as a resident there herself for the past 26 years. Lori brings added expertise to her clients as a certified iPEC Transition Coach. Moving to a new home is one of life's major stressors and Lori is able to support the client through this physical, financial and emotional transition with ease. Additionally, Lori is constantly in touch with the latest real estate news and education, continuously seeking growth in her career to best serve her clients. As a native of the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) and a graduate of Rutgers University Business School with 25+ years of entrepreneurial experience, Lori has a calm, assertive tenacity representing her clients with a smile and an attitude to “win” for her clients and create a fair negotiable transaction. Negotiation is a talent and skill Lori brings to the table with a tactful presence. Lori and her son live in southwest Denver with their Great Pyrenees, Koda. They enjoy the great outdoors lifestyle Colorado offers - paddleboarding on hot summer days, frequent hiking and camping excursions in the many nearby national and state parks, snowboarding, and riding single track mountain biking trails.
