Amazing news (coming a teeny bit late)!

Andy Richardson and I closed our first deal together about a week ago! Our listing went under contract in one day, and after a couple inspection resolutions were met, the deal was done!

🔍 Curious about the latest changes in real estate commissions?

The new rules:
💲Starting July 2024, sellers and agents can still pay a buyer’s agent, however, they can't offer commissions to buyers' agents in the MLS.
📄 Also, Buyers must sign an agreement with their agent before house hunting.

What this means for you:
🏠 Sellers, offering concessions to a buyer's agent is and always has been an excellent strategy to bring buyers to the table!
💵 Buyers, *protect your interests* by working with a buyer's agent and signing an agreement before house hunting. As your agent, we hold a fiduciary to you and must act accordingly.
