Congratulations to my seller on the sale of his property! 🎉

This one wasn’t an easy sale. Even though we got it under contract faster than other comparable listings in the area, the journey came with its share of challenges—from the buyer terminating the contract, to the same buyer getting the property back under contract, and then waiting through a 60-day closing. It definitely required a little extra patience, but we made it to the finish line!
