The Denver real estate market continues to be an ever-changing landscape.
New listings declined marginally by 0.5% since August while pending listings rose 4.9% at 4,182.
We saw a decline in closed listings by 12.8% since August.
Median closed price dropped slightly by 2.5% to $580,000. Median days on market grew from 21 to 25 days in September. Overall, houses are sitting on the market longer and buyers remain somewhat sluggish ahead of the upcoming Presidential election.
