Just in time for the extended ski season, Carisa Banuelo, former snowboarder, backcountry snowmobiler and yoga teacher, taught Lakehouse residents how to not only prepare their bodies for a rigorous day on the slopes but also how to restore and reset their bodies after. Additionally, Boone Mountain Sports shared their favorite tips for equipment customization while also tuning up skis and snowboards in our onsite Sports Workshop.
