What a day! 🍂 Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Wash Park Boathouse for our annual client appreciation celebration.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Colorado fall afternoon, with the park bursting with color all around us. Hello September and welcome to the Fall Real Estate Market…🍂🍂🍂

The numbers are in. August brought a measured pace to the Denver housing market, with inventory holding largely steady while home values remained resilient.

Active listings are up 0.7% from July and just 4.2% below last year, giving buyers continued selection heading into the final stretch of summer.

The average closed price is 1.7% higher year-over-year, pointing to continued stability in home values. Overall, Denver’s market continues to settle into a more measured rhythm, with steady pricing and relatively consistent inventory creating room for thoughtful decisions on both sides of the market.
