Big congratulations to Payton Dietrich on his promotion to Woodwork Manager at Vivax!🎉

Payton joined us at the beginning of 2023 as an entry-level SDR and quickly stood out as a driven, people-first leader. From SDR to Team Lead, then Mentor, he has consistently stepped up to support those around him while continuing to grow himself.

Our supportive and collaborative culture gave Payton the space to develop as a leader, and he’s now taking that experience into an exciting new chapter with our Woodwork team. We’re proud to see him continue building his career at Vivax while learning something entirely new.

The Phoenix is an empowering organization supporting addiction recovery through connection and human resilience. Their mission is to “build a sober active community that fuels resilience and harness the transformational power of connection so that together we rise, recover, and live.”

Joshua Station has been serving the Denver community for over 37 years providing housing and support for it’s residents. “We have cultivated communities of hope and healing in the heart of our beloved city, Denver. We put our mission into action through supportive housing, leadership development, and initiatives that strengthen our neighbors’ capacity to thrive.”

Watching our people grow is one of the best parts of what we do, Will Clary and Eric Zeitz are perfect examples of what’s possible when talent meets opportunity.

Both started as entry-level SDRs and, within just their first year, built a track record of consistency and leadership that set them apart. Only two months in, they were promoted to Team Trainers, quickly followed by Team Leads, and most recently, Team Mentors!

Their journey reflects not only their grit and determination, but also the clear path forward and the supportive leadership environment that motivated them to continue to grow and challenge themselves. Now, they’re paying that support forward by developing their own teams and making a lasting impact as influential leaders.

At Vivax, we believe the seemingly small moments in each day add up to the life we create, and the intention we bring to those moments shapes our direction, fulfillment, and happiness.
Our team came together for “Before the Summit”, a day dedicated to grounding ourselves, challenging our limits, and choosing presence and purpose in every step.

We kicked off with meditation and an inspiring keynote on the power of intention, then put those ideas into action by climbing a 200-step hill to our “summit” as many times as we could, ziplining, tackling the ropes course, flowing through yoga, and tested ourselves with a cold plunge and a well deserved sauna reset.

At Vivax, we prioritize growth, mindset, and meaningful connection, on and off the job. Here’s to bringing intention into every day and every moment!
