Every year, we look forward to celebrating the people who make the season happen. 🎨

Our annual Crew Party is our chance to thank our paint crews for all the hard work they put in throughout the season and to celebrate with the families who support them along the way.

Food trucks, tug of war, water gun fights, and plenty of friendly competition made for a great day together. We also had the opportunity to recognize crews joining the 100, 500, and 1,000 House Clubs!

We’re proud to highlight four incredible team members who have earned well-deserved promotions across our Project Qualifier and Inside Sales departments. Congratulations, Royce, Marquille, Mariana, and Jonah! 🎉

What makes these promotions especially meaningful is that every one of them started with us in an entry-level position. Through hard work, consistency, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to growing their skills, they’ve continued to take on new challenges and opportunities, and worked their way up from there.

We’re excited to celebrate Elli Dean on her promotion to Coordination Manager at Vivax Pros! 🎉

Elli joined Vivax in 2024 as a Project Coordinator, first supporting our Denver division before transitioning to help support Dallas. During her time with the Dallas team, she had a front row seat to the division’s growth and accomplishments, celebrating every win alongside the team.

Now, as Coordination Manager, Elli is stepping into a new leadership role where she’ll help oversee our Project Coordination team while continuing to support and develop others throughout the department. Her dedication, adaptability, and team-first mindset have made a lasting impact, and we’re excited to see her continue to grow within the company.
