ess to help her clients achieve their goals in each and every transaction. Born in Minnesota, Susan spent the formative years of her youth in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia. She played field hockey and lacrosse in high school, and went on to play soccer at Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota. She spent a portion of her college years in Mora, Sweden, and was able to travel through Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, in addition to the classic European travel destinations. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Susan spent twelve years in the sales, service and marketing team at General Motors’ Saturn division, where she first discovered the synergy that occurs through effective collaboration, and when company mission and values put customers first. Susan originally obtained her real estate license for the benefit of her family’s construction/design company and personal investing endeavors. With a designer’s eye and a contractor’s savviness, Susan can assist her clients through not only the contractual process but also with the vision and forethought that so many real estate transactions require. Susan has consistently performed at a very high level. Nonetheless, she has a passion for learning and is always looking to be better. She has made it a priority to continually invest in furthering her education in the real estate field. Susan is currently a Board Member of the Colorado Chapter of the Realtor Land Institute (RLI) and has recently obtained her ALC designation (Accredited Land Consultant), through over 100 hours of coursework and a proven track record of transaction performance. She has a depth of knowledge about the complexity of Colorado water rights, wells, and can speak the vernacular with landowners, attorneys, and clients alike. Since 2012, she has been a member of the Peak Producers, a group of agents in the top 10% of production who have committed to give back to their community with their proven, dependable real estate services and their charitable giving. She earned the Hall of Fame award with Re/Max Real Estate Group and was consistently recognized by the company for her annual production. She joined LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in January 2021. Susan and her family love the outdoors. She is a former marathoner and Pikes Peak Ascent finisher.
