FEATURE FRIDAY! This week I am posting some closings. I've gotten away from these a bit, for many reasons, but today I have a couple I am pretty proud of and very happy about. Add to that the fact that the market is really tough right now, I just wanted to recognize some people that are slugging it out and doing it right in these crazy times.
First up is a home in my neighborhood - the buyers are friends and have been looking/waiting for something here so it was great to find them a home. The other agents in the transaction were simply amazing and are everything that's right in our industry. Thank you Jessica Griffith and Carol Sandstead (listing brokers) for everything.
Second is a closing for some repeat clients of ours who weren't necessarily looking to move but an opportunity came up in the incredible McArthur Ranch area on 5 acres. Incredible lot and setting, and great house (can't wait to see the remodel) - plus we just sold their other house to boot. Props as always to my business-partner-in-crime Erin Susser for the awesome teamwork!

Although the Lakers didn't beat the Supersonics, I gotta say it was a a good day, and I am counting the blessings - it's not easy out there but it is rewarding and I am grateful for all of my teammates, support staff, partners, and of course the clients without whom none of this happens. As I always say....Onward!
