I was born in Southern California, raised in Northwest Ohio, and have proudly called Denver home since 2008. Real estate runs in my family; both of my parents and my grandmother were agents, so it was only a

matter of time before I followed in their footsteps. After a successful career in marketing and advertising, I became a Realtor in 2009 and have never looked back. Assisting clients through the real estate process is the most rewarding and fulfilling experience I could imagine and I am excited to continue my success in the industry for many years to come. Investors might walk through the door and begin thinking numbers and statistics, first time home buyers could start envisioning a growing family while a newly retired couple might imagine their new boundless life and watching grandchildren grow. From these and every approach in between, I believe that every client should not only receive the best service possible, but they deserve it. I pride myself in providing my clients with exceptional service, and more importantly, treating every client with compassion, honesty, and integrity. With a real estate market that is constantly changing, you can constantly count on me as your real estate expert, consultant, and friend. I truly love where I live and I believe that everyone deserves the same kind of romance. Being a part of helping people achieve this is one of my favorite things about being a real estate broker. I strive to ensure that every real estate transaction runs smoothly and successfully, and the best way to achieve this is to understand that every transaction is unique and important. In doing this, I can make certain my clients receive service that is custom to their unique needs and circumstances. I enjoy guiding a client through their first purchase just as much as I enjoy closing on an investor’s tenth rental property. Listing photos do a lot of work. They also leave a lot out.

A wide-angle lens makes a nine-foot kitchen look like 14. Editing makes the gray walls look beige. The photographer schedules the shoot at the one hour of the day the light is good.

None of this is dishonest. It’s the job. But it does mean you have to know what to look for once you’re standing in the house.
