What a night on the Conservatory Deck! Thank you to everyone who joined us last Thursday for our Resident Garden Party.

From custom craft cocktails poured by Bar Max (featuring the seasonal "Shades of Summer" gin creation) to delicious gourmet spreads from Private Chef Events, the evening was filled with great flavors, live music, and fantastic community vibes.

A big shoutout to our community partners, City Park Alliance and Verizon, for coming out to connect with residents and support the event!

Check out Ashley and Matt dropping off the hygiene kits our community worked together to build! 📦✨

We just received a heartfelt thank you from The Gathering Place (TGP). Thanks to your hands-on help and donations, we provided essential supplies and vital funding to support the health and dignity of TGP members.

TGP shared that these efforts do more than just provide resources, they show our neighbors that they are truly cared for and seen.

A massive thank you to Matt, Maggie, Ashley, and everyone who volunteered and donated. We’re so proud of the community we have here at The York! 🏢🤝
