August brought a bit of a plot twist to Denver real estate. 🏡📊 Home sales slowed as summer wound down, but two numbers that might normally follow suit (prices and inventory) barely moved. Translation? It’s a quieter market, but not an unstable one.
Buyers have something that was once a luxury around here: time. Homes spent a median of 27 days on the market versus 21 in July, giving buyers more breathing room to shop thoughtfully and negotiate. And sellers who priced their homes appropriately are seeing increased showing activity and more offers. Being informed and savvy can create opportunities on both sides of the transaction. 🙌
The bottom line? Don’t let one headline tell you the whole story. This market looks very different depending on your neighborhood, price point and property type, and the right strategy matters more than ever. Get in touch to discuss yours!
