Packed with antioxidants and a tart, refreshing flavor, iced hibiscus tea is a perfect drink to cool off on a warm day. Serve it with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint for an extra twist!

Ingredients
• 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers

• 4 cups water

• Honey or agave (optional)

• Lime and mint (optional)

Instructions
• Boil water, then steep hibiscus flowers for 5-10 minutes.

• Strain and sweeten with honey or agave (optional).

• Let it cool, then refrigerate until chilled.

• Serve over ice with lime and mint if desired.
