We may be the first company being built around the idea of nomadic container home living, but we are far from the first to explore modular housing.

The first residential architecture designed according to a modular housing scheme is often associated with architect Buckminster Fuller in the 1920s with his Dymaxion House. Today, there are countless examples of multi-family housing designs that make the most of modular, such as the Vijayawada Garden Estate by .

Working with modules is conceptually similar to working with a kit of legos - construction and spatial creation is more streamlined and efficient to construct. Many modular apartment buildings today incorporate natural air flow through exterior green spaces to promote wellbeing. This is one of the strategies that we are looking forward to incorporating in all of our towers, designed to respond to each region.

Dear Residents,

We have received a plethora of excellent questions since our arrival in Denver, so we figured it’d be a wise idea to compile everything into an easy-to-navigate hub.

The Docs are officially live today. Moving forward, we will continue to populate and grow this living documentation to cover all facets of Stackhouse life. We invite you to dig in, get excited, and continue asking your awesome questions! Without being challenged by the community we are building for, our ideas will not positively progress.

Please note that the Terms areas under the Nitty-Gritty section will be published within the coming weeks, and will further clarify the specifics behind our sales process for Denver ~ stay tuned!

Introducing Stackhouse Docs,
a centralized information hub.

You asked, and we answered - and if we didn’t, there’s a place for you to ask.

Our intent with centralizing information is to make the process educational and transparent. We understand that our recent price increase has been a controversial topic within the community - this question, along with many others including those about lifestyle and our 2021 presale event, are addressed in our new subdomain ~ docs.stackhouse.life
