❤️‍🩹 Some transactions stay with you long after the closing table, and this was one of them. Recently, I had the honor of helping a longtime friend begin a new chapter after the loss of his beloved wife of 30+ years. Over the course of more than two decades of friendship with them, I had the privilege of witnessing a life filled with deep love, unforgettable memories, endless laughter, live music, mountain weekends, and the kind of friendships that become family over time.

🌅 Through every season, both joyful and incredibly difficult, they lived life fully and with remarkable strength. The recent decision to move on from the home they shared for over 20 years was not an easy one. It carried so much emotion, reflection, and change. As we walked through just a few homes together, it became clear that the process was more about honoring their love and the past, while finding a place to begin again, as difficult as it was. In the end, he found a home just a short walk from Washington Park, something he had always dreamed of. While bittersweet, it felt like the right next step and the beginning of a new chapter filled with hope, healing, and possibility.

🙏 I am deeply grateful to have been trusted to walk alongside him through such a meaningful transition.

🏙️🌳 Another successful closing in one of Denver’s best neighborhoods.

I recently had the pleasure of helping a client purchase a fantastic condo near Wash Park, and even better, he was referred to us by a past client. Referrals like these truly mean a great deal and are one of the best compliments we can receive.

As Rob began compiling his list of properties to tour, he sent over 14 options. While I mentioned that was an ambitious schedule for one day, we were ready to make it happen. We ultimately toured 12 condos in a single day, giving him a strong sense of the market and what felt like the right fit.

⏳ After taking some time to evaluate everything we saw, Rob narrowed it down to two properties, and eventually found the one. With the condo market offering more inventory, we were able to approach negotiations strategically, secure a great price, and move through the transaction smoothly from start to finish. We even received an appraisal waiver, which is certainly not something you see every day.

I’m incredibly excited for Rob as he begins this next chapter and gets to enjoy everything that comes with living near Wash Park—from coffee walks to park days and all the best parts of city living. Congratulations on your new home! 🔑

Third time’s the charm ✨

It was such a pleasure guiding this young couple on their home search in South Denver. After a few years of living here, they were more than ready to put down roots - especially with family close by and hopes of growing their own in the years ahead.

🔎 With a very focused search in the Park Vista, Southmoor, and Wellshire neighborhoods, we only saw a handful of homes, and each one came with serious competition. We wrote on two before landing the third (the one that truly felt meant to be). Funny enough, the second home came back around to us after their deal fell through… but by then, we were already well on our way to closing on the best fit of the three. 🥇

🎯 Smooth, steady, and a welcome win, especially in a market that can feel anything but (yes, even in February!). This one was a reminder of just how nuanced things can be right now; some homes linger while others are gone in a flash.
