Happy Labor Day!

Today, we celebrate the people whose hard work, dedication, and care help make our community such a wonderful place to call home.

This year, celebrate close to home at the Louisville Labor Day Parade & Fall Festival on Monday, September 7. With local vendors, food, festivities, and plenty of community spirit, it’s a great way to spend the holiday.

We hope our residents, team members, neighbors, and friends enjoy a safe and relaxing Labor Day!

From August 1–31, we’re hosting a Back-to-School Supply Drive at Premier Lofts to support Denver Public Schools.
Every notebook, backpack, pencil, and pack of crayons makes a difference for local students as they head back to the classroom.
Drop off your new school supply donations in our leasing office throughout the month of August and join us in giving back to our community. Together, we can help students start the school year with confidence!
