This class provides a clear overview of the Listing Contracts and required Disclosures used in Colorado real estate transactions. We will review the Exclusive Right-to-Sell and Exclusive Right-to-Buy agreements, discuss agency relationships, and outline how to communicate your role and obligations to clients. You’ll also learn when and how to properly use key disclosures such as the Seller’s Property Disclosure, Square Footage Disclosure, Lead-Based Paint forms, and Source of Water Addendum. By the end of this class, you’ll feel more confident in presenting and completing these documents while protecting both yourself and your clients.
