Another home completed by Rustic Touch Home Staging, LLC today that came out soooo good. I love that my wife, my daughter and I can transform a house into a home so quickly. We really have locked in and do great work!

FB Friends and Family, I normally do not write this much because no one ever reads past the first 2 sentences, but please take a moment for me and finish this one out.

2025 is not the right time for Real Estate for so many. This is why you have not seen me posting over and over begging for your business. Between my observations of the properties I stage, my client's listings that did not sell, to my own property that I needed to take a large price reduction to adjust to the market, I know that it is HARD to be a Seller. Through all my conversations with potential Buyers where the affordability is just not there, the consumer confidence being at an all time low, and the political uncertainty that makes it difficult to invest in such a huge personal commitment... I know it is HARD to be a Buyer!

Rest assured that I am continuing to stay on top of the market, taking continuing education and keeping the pulse of the economy and I will be prepared when the tides change & the time is right for you. Just because I am not "Cold Calling," "Door Knocking" and resorting to high pressure sales techniques trying to talk you into acting during a flat market, does not mean I am not ready to take action at any second. I will NEVER push a bad decision just so I can make a buck!!! Thus, you may not see as many FB posts from me, but rather just share the occasional market conditions update going forward.

We do still see the 3 D's that continue to move the market no matter what the condition:
* Death
* Displacement
* Divorce

If you are or know someone dealing with any of these unfortunate life events and need someone you can trust to do the right thing for you and your family, please reach out so I can help you navigate this unfavorable market and persevere it with the best possible outcome.

Otherwise, I totally understand while you are waiting... I will not bug you, or pressure you, but I will be here to answer any and all real estate questions you may have in our ever changing world. In the meantime I will be coaching, sharing time with my family and working on my craft.

I am confident that change is coming in the next year, Real Estate is cyclical and I will be ready when it is the right time! For those that read to here; I truly appreciate you and hope that I can assist you or someone you know someday.
