I've said it before and I'll say it until I'm blue in the face, buy Real Estate. Institutional investors want to create generational renters, not homeowners. Prepare your family and set yourselves and your kids up for long term wealth in homeownership. The longer you wait the more control they have and the fewer opportunities will be available.

And they are Only Growing The term “institutional investor” wasn’t used frequently in the real estate industry prior to the COVID housing boom of 2020. Now, it’s a term I use almost daily when connecting with my buyer and seller clients about housing.

Common Misconception about 2024: It's going to be a terrible year in real estate and a crash is looming, don't buy anything!

Reality about 2024: Rates are falling, a full point since October, and projected to fall further. Institutional investors are buying up houses and are projected to potentially own 40% of all Real Estate in the United States as early as 2030
